Terms of Service
Astral Field — operated by Astral Electrical Contractor · Last updated August 12, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Astral Field application (“Service”) provided by Astral Electrical Contractor (“we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Astral Field is a field and business operations platform for electrical contracting, including project management, plan viewing and takeoff, scheduling, time and cost tracking, CRM, estimating, invoicing, and an optional integration with QuickBooks Online for accounting synchronization.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its data.
3. QuickBooks Online integration
If you connect QuickBooks Online, you authorize the Service to access and exchange data with your QuickBooks company as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect the integration at any time, which stops synchronization and revokes stored access tokens. Your use of QuickBooks is also governed by Intuit’s own terms.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Astral Electrical Contractor and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain all rights to the business and project data you enter. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate and provide the Service.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Estimating, code, and calculation tools are provided for professional assistance only and do not replace the judgment of a licensed professional or an engineer of record.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astral Electrical Contractor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or as required by law. Upon termination, the license to use the Service ends; data handling on termination is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in San Joaquin County, California.
