An EV charger isn't a plug-and-play appliance — it's a continuous, high-amp load that has to be sized and installed to code.

It's a continuous load

A Level-2 charger pulls ~40–48 amps for hours. Code sizes continuous loads at 125% — so a 48A charger needs a 60A circuit.

Your panel may be maxed

Stack 60A on a 100A panel already running the AC, oven and dryer and you can exceed what it's rated for — that's an overheating and fire risk.

Wire & breaker must match

Wrong gauge wire or breaker is a hidden hazard. We size conductors, breaker and connector for your exact charger and run.

Permit & inspection

A permitted install protects your home, your insurance and your resale value — and confirms the job was done right.

Can my current panel handle an EV charger?

Maybe — that's exactly what the NEC load calculation tells us. A Level-2 charger needs a dedicated circuit (often 60A for a 48A charger). If your panel has headroom, great; if it's a maxed-out 100A service, we'll show you the numbers and whether an upgrade is needed.

Do you install Tesla and other brands?

Yes — Tesla Wall Connector, Ford, Rivian, ChargePoint, Grizzl-E, and universal NEMA 14-50 outlets. We match the install to your vehicle and your home.

How much does EV charger installation cost?

It depends on the charger, the distance from your panel and whether your service has capacity. You get a clear, upfront quote — plus any utility or state rebates you qualify for.
